We are the first real estate agency in Romania to get actively involved in CSR projects and actions, year after year.

This is how we lend a hand to society by developing the economy and protecting the environment:

We support local non-profit associations with missions such as: offering free education to orphans and children from disadvantaged families, protecting abandoned animals or supporting youth in academia.

#KastelGreen

We avoid wasting resources and we manage selective waste collection. We’ve implemented an electronics and electric devices, batteries and light sources collection system, via our September 2022 ECOTIC partnership.

What’s more, since 2023, our employees have completely discarded diesel cars and have chosen eco-friendly options (hybrids, full electrical cars, public transportation or bicycles).

We simplify selective waste collection and recycling for the tenants of our managed properties: our employees recycle the polluting products or equipments, even the big ones.

Furthermore, the Kastel Mobility service offers our clients the option of renting new cars (no older than 12 months). These are known for their performant filtering systems that deal with emissions.
